Citrus shrub:
This is one of my favourite syrups to make it’s so easy and tastes delightful. Perfect for the holiday season and as delicious in cocktails as on your pancakes!

Carefully remove the peel, pith and seeds from 1 lemon and 1 orange until you are left with only the flesh.
Place into a blender with 100ml honey and 100ml apple cider vinegar and blitz until smooth.
Pour into a jar and and keep in the fridge (it will last a week.)
