Your delicious morning smoothie for a healthy and yummy start of the day!
You will need a blender for this smoothie
In a blender add the coconut milk, the water (or ice), the avocado, drops of lemon essentiel oils.
Blend until smooth texture, pour in a cup and enjoy.
Avocado give a richer texture to the smoothie but if you’re not a big fan you can either replace it with banana or simply remove the avocado from the recipe.
When it comes to essential oils you want to be careful on what to use and how to use them.
Not all essential oils can be taken internally and the quality is essential.
That’s why I love using DoTerra essential oils.
I use this lemon essential oil often either in my smoothies, water or even in my cocktails!

- 200ml coconut milk
- 100ml water
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 scoops of protein powder
(I used Chocolate & Salted Caramel by Form)
- 2 drops of lemon essential oil
if you are a strong blender that can break ice and you like your smoothie ice cold you could replace the water by a cup of ice.
Any recipient you feel like really a mug or a jar if at home or your reusable cup if you’re having it on the go.
