A refreshing & relaxing afternoon delight

Method

Grapefruit Oleo Saccharum

  1. Zest one ruby grapefruit (you can use a potato peeler)

  2. Add 1 cup unrefined sugar & stir to combine

  3. Cover & leave in the refrigerator minimum 3 hours; ideally 24 as the flavour intensifies

  4. Add 2 cups boiling water & stir until sugar is dissolved

  5. Strain through a fine sieve while hot to remove the peels

  6. Bottle & refrigerate (it will keep a month)

- 80ml Small Beer Brew Co. Session Pale
- 60ml London Essence Co. Ginger beer

-20ml Grapefruit juice

-20ml Grapefruit Oleo Saccharum

-3 dashes OTO CBD cocktail bitters

Garnish

Grapefruit + Rosemary

Glass

Wine glass

Technique

Build ingredients in wine glass, fill with ice & stir gently to combine. Garnish et voila!

Raise your glass and say santé!
