To Avoid bitterness the tea infusion has to be done with cold water. It slow down the process but will insure a result with bright flavours and no bitterness.
Add 10grams Roobois Tea for 1L of mineral water
Leave it infuse for minimum 3 hours.
Strain and keep in the fridge
Home-made Turmeric Honey Syrup
3 tbsp of Wunder Workshop Turmeric Honey and 1 tbsp of golden unrefined sugar for 350ml of water. Add all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and stir for 1-2 minutes until its all dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool.
NOTES &
FAVOURITE FLAVOURS
For the Tea I use a blend of Roobois called Le Thé des Amants by le Palais Des Thes
(you can order online or they have shops in most countries in Europe)
For the Kombucha my go too is REAL Kombucha they make delicious buch with no flavours added.
For this I used Royal Flush from Real Kombucha fruity and floral with a dry and elegant finish it works perfectly for this cocktail.
Turmeric Honey you have to try the wonderful products of Wunder Workshop
When it comes to essential oils you want to be careful on what to use and how to use them.
Not all essential oils can be taken internally and the quality is essential.
That’s why I love using DoTerra essential oils.
I use Doterra Lemon Essential Oil very often in my cocktails adding bright and aromatic notes of lemon without the acidity of it.
