Pink Moon Milk to melt the stress away before your beauty sleep!

Method

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring to the boil over a medium heat. Once boiling, remove from the heat and allow to steep.

Serve warm, raise your cup and say bonne nuit!

  • 200ml light tiger nut milk

  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 200ml tart cherry juice

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha

  • pinch of nutmeg

  • pinch of salt
