A non-alcoholic twist on the classic paloma cocktail salut!

Method

Honey water

Honey water is a great way to balance your cocktail without adding anything nasty or making to sweet.

  1. Pick a good quality of honey ideally something for your local famers. Did you know that eating honey that has been made in your area can help with allergies like hay fever as the bees have pollinated in flowers you are in contact with.

  2. Equal part honey and hot water

  3. Stir you melt the honey

  4. Add Rose and Grapefruit Spice Drops

  5. Keep the honey water in the fridge
    (it will last a week)

FAVOURITE FLAVOURS

Ceder’s is an alternative to gin. Its a non alcoholic spirit and they have 3 different expression Classic, Crisp and Wild.
In this cocktail we used Crisp made of a refreshing blend of classic gin botanicals such as juniper and citrus combined with cucumber and calming camomile.

Spice Drops is a great way to bring quality flavours in powerful drops.

 

INGREDIENTS

- 40ml Ceder’s Crisp
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml honey water with Rosemary, Rose & Grapefruit Spice Drops
- Top up with London Essence & Co crafted soda Grapefruit & Lemon Verbena

Garnish

Pink Grapefruit & Rosemary

Glass

Rock Glass

Build the cocktail over ice in a rock glass, give a gentle stir to mix ingredients, garnish et voila!

Raise your glass and say santé!
