A refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail that taste like when spring turn into summer!

Method

green tea syrup

To avoid bitterness the tea infusion has to be done with cold water. It slows down the process slightly but guarantee the quality of the infusion with bright flavours and no bitterness at all.

  1. Add 5grams Green Tea for 500ml of mineral water

  2. Leave it infuse for minimum 3 hours.

  3. Strain the tea out

  4. Add 200grams unrefined gold sugar

  5. Mix until the sugar disolved

  6. Keep the green tea syrup in the fridge
    (it will last a week)

For the green tea syrup the quality of the tea is very important but a good quality green tea to make the syrup.


 

INGREDIENTS

- 40ml Seedlip Garden 108
- 10ml Green Tea
- Top up with London Essence & Co White Peach and Jasmine.

Garnish

Cucumber Slice & Jasmine Flower

Glass

Highball

Build the cocktail over ice in a highball, give a gentle stir to mix ingredients, garnish et voila!

Raise your glass and say santé!
