A refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail that taste like when spring turn into summer!
green tea syrup
To avoid bitterness the tea infusion has to be done with cold water. It slows down the process slightly but guarantee the quality of the infusion with bright flavours and no bitterness at all.
Add 5grams Green Tea for 500ml of mineral water
Leave it infuse for minimum 3 hours.
Strain the tea out
Add 200grams unrefined gold sugar
Mix until the sugar disolved
Keep the green tea syrup in the fridge
(it will last a week)
