Meet Your Teacher – Camille Vidal
Hi, I’m Camille, but you might know me as Mindfully Cami
I’m the founder of La Maison Wellness and the creator of Mindful Cocktails™, and I’m here to show you that changing your relationship with alcohol doesn’t mean giving anything up. It means gaining so much more.
After nearly two decades in the drinks industry, I found myself craving something deeper. I wanted to live well and drink well, without the hangovers, the guilt, or the mindless habits. So I became a mindfulness, yoga, and meditation teacher and started a new chapter, one rooted in intention, balance, and joy.
Today I guide others, just like you, on their own journey of mindful drinking. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to support you in finding what feels good, what aligns, and what truly serves you.
This programme is a reflection of everything I’ve learned and everything I wish I had when I started. It’s a space for you to reconnect with yourself, your values, and your vision of a hangover-free, fully-alive life.
