Method
First, fill your highball glass with ice, then measure and pour your Martini Vibrante. Add your fluffy orange juice and top with a splash of Something & Nothing – Rose & Hibiscus Seltzer. Give all the ingredients a light stir and garnish with an orange wheel and rose petal, so it looks as good as it tastes!

Fluffy Orange Juice is so easy to make- you just peel the fruit, throw the whole thing in a blender & whizz until it's all smoothly blended. Strain it through a sieve to remove the pulp, et voila! A delicious vitamin packed juice to use in your Mindful Cocktails!

MARTINI Vibrante* has all the signature quality flavours you would expect from Martini but with the alcohol from the wine slowly removed, preserving the authentic characteristics and infusing their superior botanicals, including Artemisia and Bergamot. This is a deliciously complex and citrusy Aperitivo that pairs excellently with small plates and light salty snacks.
Something & Nothing - Rose & Hibiscus Seltzer* is refreshing and botanical with subtle notes of hibiscus and rose. It also contains grape and lemon juice which gives it a nice balance and a full flavour.
