Botivo is a slow sipping botanical drink inspired by aperitifs. Refreshing & handmade, it infuses 5 citrus, bittersweet & aromatic botanicals into a fermented apple base for several weeks to extract the subtle flavours and natural complexities. It is then balanced out with wildflower honey. It’s 0.1% alcohol-free and made in small batches.

- 25ml | 1oz Botivo Botanical Aperitif
- 50ml | 2oz mandarin juice (or orange if you can’t find it!)
- Top up with Aqua Carpatica Peach & Mango sparkling flavours

Rocks glass, or champagne flute!
Garnish
Rosemary & a piece of mandarin
Method
Simply fill your glass with cubed ice and pour in your measured Botivo Botanical Aperitif & mandarin juice. Stir gently, then top up with Aqua Carpatica Peach & Mango. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary & piece of mandarin.
