Recipe

Ingredients
- 50ml | 2oz Portobello Road Temperance* (low alcohol 4.2%ABV)
- 20ml | 0.75oz lemon juice
- 20ml | 0.75oz kaffir lime syrup
- 30ml | 1oz pineapple juice
- Top London Essence Co soda

Method
Build ingredients in glass & fill to the brim with ice. Top with London Essence Co soda, give a gentle stir to combine flavours then garnish et voila!

Raise your glass and say santé!

Home-made Ingredient

Kaffir Lime Syrup

  1. Combine 2 cups non-refined golden sugar with 1 cup water + 3 kaffir lime leaves

  2. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves
