Product highlight

Big Drop Brewing Co - Good Things Irish Stout is an old school classic pour in the manner of a traditional dry Irish stout: presenting a beautiful soft, creamy, caramel coloured head. The aroma alone will prepare you for a truly mindful drinking journey.

recipe

Ingredients
- 60ml | 2oz Big Drop Brewing Co - Good Things Irish Stout
- 30ml | 1oz Solo Coffee Concentrate*
- 10ml | 0.3oz maple syrup
- Whipped double cream

Technique

Warm up & build

Glass
Heat proof glass

Garnish
Ground nutmeg

Method
There are two techniques to make this cocktail - You can either warm your heat proof glass by filling it with hot water and then discarding the hot water and add all the ingredients; or you can gently warm up the cocktail (not including the cream) in a pot or a milk frother (pictured) and then build it into your glass. With both techniques you will then layer the whipped cream gently on top and garnish with ground nutmeg and there you have it a warm brew through & through.

RAISE YOUR GLASS AND SAY SANTÉ!

Home-made Ingredients

Whipped Double Cream:
Simply get a good quality double cream, heat it up & whip it. You can also go Vegan and make an oat cream version using the same method if you so wish.

Notes & Favourite Flavours

Big Drop Brewing Co - Good Things Irish Stout starts with bold bittersweet chocolate, before progressing through to a rich roasted coffee finish.

Solo Coffee Concentrate* has espresso strength with cold brew coffee. The perfect base for any coffee drink from day to night.

Maple Syrup - We love this natural sweeter as a better alternative to refined sugar, with a lower glycemic index and richer flavours.
