Giffard Pineapple Alcohol Free is inspired by its range of liqueurs. It’s made from a maceration of fresh pineapples reinforced by a candied pineapple infusion in white wine vinegar. The taste is a mixture of candied, buttered and caramelised fruit notes. Yum!

Ingredients
- 50ml | 2oz ISH Mexican Agave Spirit
(alcohol-free tequila alternative)
- 10ml | 0.5oz GIFFARD Pineapple Alcohol Free liqueur
- 15ml | 0.5oz Sweetcorn water (straight from the can!)
- 1 teaspoon chilli honey
- 25ml | 1oz lime juice
- A pinch of salt
- Top up with Fever-Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda

A slice of blood orange, a mini corn and a hot chilli
Method
Add all the ingredients, except the Italian Blood Orange Soda, to your shaker, fill with ice and give it a shake!! Now fill your glass with ice and pour over. Top up with the soda, garnish, et voila! Take a sip Healthy Hedonist and enjoy!

Notes & Favourite Flavours
Chilli Honey:
- 2-3 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 cup honey
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Cook at low temperature for five minutes. Let it rest. Strain. And enjoy!
