PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT

Mother Root is the alcohol-free aperitif redefining drinking for pleasure. They believe flavour comes first and that alcohol has nothing to do with it (much like us!) They take inspiration from age-old methods of aperitif wine making: maceration, blending & sweetening for balance. But rather than using wine, they use benefit-rich apple cider vinegar & fresh, natural ingredients to guarantee a flavour experience that tastes good and makes you feel good too.

Notes & Favourite Flavours

Mother Root’s LIMITED EDITION Marmalade Switchel is a bright & bitter blend of Seville orange, fragrant cardamom, green tea and delicious apple cider vinegar.

Noughty Rouge is a deliciously well-balanced dealcoholised red wine that is deep ruby red in colour with hints of ripe red fruit, crushed black pepper, dried rose petal and candied cherries integrated with French oak tannins. It has been dealcoholized to less than 0.5% ABV & yet retains the rich flavour of the beautifully crafted bottle.

Fever-Tree Spanish Clementine is made by blending spring water with the essential oils of Spanish Clementine’s, balanced with the gentle bitterness of our signature quinine. The sweet, juicy notes of the clementines also make it the perfect accompaniment to London dry gins, creating a delicious orange serve to be enjoyed all year round!
