Mermaid Salt Vodka* is grain distilled at the Isle of Wight Distillery, with a subtle addition of rock sea salt for smoothness. Each batch is hand-crafted and then blended with Isle of Wight spring water in small batches. The locally sourced sea salt, enhances its smoothness and accentuates its subtle flavour.

- 25ml | 1oz Mermaid Salt Vodka*
- 25ml | 1oz alcohol-free coffee liqueur
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Splash of almond milk
- Heavy splash of Oat cream*

Method
Simply fill your glass with ice & and start pouring your ingredients one by one. Start with the vodka & the AF coffee liqueur so you can see the beautiful layers! Et voila!

Notes & Favourite Flavours
Mermaid Salt Vodka* is smooth & subtle with a contemporary style. Fresh sea air on the nose, subtly flavoured with a salt vein savoury note, and a clean & long finish.
For the AF coffee liqueur we’ve used Lyre’s Coffee Originale, a full-flavoured bouquet that follows through to the palate with high notes of espresso, spice, caramel and toasted nuts and ends with a wholesome finish of classic Vanilla.
