PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT

Everleaf Drinks are complex & balanced non-alcoholic aperitifs, made with all the depth, aroma & flavour of the natural world. The company researched plants, sustainable sourcing, dehydrating samples, macerating, and extracting to get the perfect blend of complementary yet surprising flavours. But they also focused on the texture, wanting to replicate alcohol’s unique viscosity, that is often missing from non-alcoholic drinks. They turned to the natural world to create something similar, and found answers on both land and sea from plants such as acacia trees and seaweeds.

Notes & Favourite Flavours

Everleaf is described as ‘nature’s answer to the perfect non-alcoholic aperitif’. Their MOUNTAIN* alcohol-free aperitif is made from a blend of 12 sustainably sourced botanicals and is both vibrant and aromatic. Each botanical is carefully chosen to capture flavours of the mountain, such as Cherry Blossom, Rosehip and Strawberry. It has been specially crafted for those pink gin drinkers.

Noughty* is a beautifully crafted non alcoholic sparkling rosé wine produced using 100% organic Tempranillo grapes as part of a vegan production method. It is then de-alcoholised using a specialised extraction technique and lightly carbonated to give it its essential bubbles. The result is a crisp, elegant wine with subtle aromas that can beautifully echo equivalent alcoholic sparkling wines.

Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water is made by blending the gentle bitterness of South American angostura bark with aromatic botanicals, such as cardamom, pimento berry & ginger.
