- 50ml | 2oz Everleaf Forest*
- 25ml | 1oz GIMBER*
- 75ml | 3oz NOUGHTY* non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- 50ml | 2oz Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water

Method
Simply fill your wine glass with ice cube and pour in your measured ingredients, gently stir and garnish. Sit back and enjoy your delicious Mindful Cocktail!

GIMBER* is an amazing no alcohol, full-flavoured kick to add to your mindful drinking list. Made up of 38% ginger, lemon, herbs and spices; it's not only delicious, but it's also nutritious! It can be used in drinks, hot or cold, and even your cooking- but for a simple serve we especially love it served over ice with sparkling water (or tonic if you prefer) and garnished with thyme!
Noughty* is a beautifully crafted non alcoholic sparkling wine produced using 100% organic Chardonnay grapes as part of a vegan production method. It is then de-alcoholised using a specialised extraction technique and lightly carbonated to give it its essential bubbles. The result is a crisp, elegant wine with subtle aromas that can beautifully echo equivalent alcoholic sparkling wines.
Harrogate Spring Sparkling Water has been characterised by an exceptionally clean and well-rounded taste. It is rich in good minerals, providing a subtly sweet flavour and hydrating mouth-feel. A neutral pH level makes it perfect for pairing with food as it will not cloud the palate!
