Maison Sassy Poiré* is a beautifully natural low alcohol pear cider, with only 2.5%ABV (alcohol by volume). This high quality hand-crafted poiré is created from 12 varieties of pears from trees aged 100 years, each fruit hand picked. It is 100% natural and without added sugars, colourings, additives or preservatives!

Ingredients
- 15ml | 0.5oz aloe vera juice
- Top up with Maison Sassy Poiré* 2.5%ABV
- 3 dashes of absinthe
(option to replace with AF absinthe or aniseed tincture)

Method
Simple fill your wine glass with ice cube and pour in the aloe vera juice. Top up with the Maison Sassy Poiré and gently stir. Add your absinthe (or substitute) and garnish!

Maison Sassy Poiré* is made from 12 varieties of Normandy pears grown near the Chateau de Sassy. It is crispy with a subtle acidity and a smooth effervescence, balancing perfectly with the pear’s natural sugar.
Absinthe is an anise-flavoured alcoholic spirit derived from several plants. It has a beautiful flavour, but commonly high ABV so we only suggest using it in very small quantities!
