Recipe

Ingredients
- 25ml | 1oz El Rayo Plata Tequila*
- 50ml | 2oz Agua de Madre Blood Orange Bitters Kefir Water
- 50ml | 2oz Fever-Tree Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic Water refreshingly light

Technique
Build

Glass
Highball

Garnish
Grapefruit slice & salt

Method
Fill your highball with ice right to the top and pour in the measured Tequila. Slowly add the water kefir & tonic water. Stir gently. To garnish, sprinkle a little salt on one end of the grapefruit slice and place half way into the top of the drink!

With only 1.2% ABV, it’s light, refreshing and zesty with a lovely subtle bitterness coming through.

Fever-Tree Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic Water is made with sweet British rhubarb and juicy Scottish raspberries, perfectly balanced with their signature quinine, to allow the flavours and aromas to shine through in the natural flavourings.
