Created for yoga friend Annie Clarke, this Mindful Cocktail will bring the holiday vibes!

Ingredients
- 50ml | 1oz Lyre's non-alcoholic White Cane Spirit*
- 20ml | 0.6oz GIMBER* (or fresh ginger juice)
- 20ml | 0.6oz fresh lime
- Top up with Belvoir Elderflower Pressé Light

Method
Put all of the ingredients into a highball over crushed ice except the Belvoir Elderflower Pressé Light . Muddle the mint with a bar spoon. Top up with the pressé. Add more crushed ice. Garnish with a generous amount of fresh mint.

Crushed Ice:
Crushed Ice makes a cocktail deliciously refreshing and is very easy to make!

  1. Scoop ice into a clean tea towel and wrap it.

  2. Use a pan or a rolling pin.

  3. Smash the ice until the ice is crushed!
