CleanCo Clean R* is distilled in exactly the same way as traditional golden spiced rum but has had the alcohol removed! - 50ml | 2oz CleanCo Clean R*
- 20ml | 0.75oz fresh lime juice
- 10ml | 0.3oz maple syrup
- Optional dash of chocolate bitters*
- Handful of mint
- Top up with alcohol-free sparkling wine*

Method
Measure your Clean R, lime juice & maple syrup into a shaker. If you’re opting for the chocolate bitters, add this in too with 5 or 6 mint leaves. Add ice and give it a good shake. You want to see some condensation on the outside of the shaker. Double strain into the glass and top up with the alcohol-free sparkling wine. Garnish with a sprig of mint, sit back & enjoy!

CleanCo Clean R* is created the same way as a traditional golden spiced rum and delivers delicious undertones of caramel and cayenne pepper. When CleanCo first launched, the product was low alcohol at 1.2%ABV (alcohol by volume) but in 2021 they went non-alcoholic with less than 0.5%ABV!

Thomson & Scott Noughty* is a beautifully crafted non-alcoholic sparkling wine produced using 100% organic Chardonnay grapes as part of a vegan production method. It is then dealcoholised using a specialised extraction technique and lightly carbonated to give it its essential bubbles. The result is a crisp, elegant wine with subtle aromas that can beautifully echo equivalent alcoholic sparkling wines.
