Recipe

Ingredients
- 40ml | 1.5oz Italicus Rosolio Di Bergamotto*
- 40ml | 1.5oz Alain Milliat Merlot Red Grape Juice
- 80ml | 3oz Wild Life Botanicals Nude* (non-alcoholic sparkling wine)
- 80ml | 3oz Beebolin Botanicals Mixer Woodruff Bitter

Technique
Build

Glass
Rock glass or wine glass

Garnish
Rosemary, dehydrated lime wheel & green olive

Method
Build directly into a wine glass for a single serve… Start by pouring the Italicus Bergamote Aperitivo over the ice, then add in Alain Milliat Merlot Grape Juice to give the rich tannin flavour. Finish by topping up with Wild Life botanicals and Beebolin Woodruff Bitter half & half. Add a sprig of rosemary, a dehydrated lime wheel & a green olive, et voilà!

Alain Milliat is a French company making high end nectars and juices that will make you feel like you just took a bite in the most delicious fruit. All natural and make in respect of nature in this cocktail i used their Merlot Red Grape Juice a rich flavourful juice with delicate vegetal flavours and a slight bitterness

Beebolin makes organic with no additives added mixers from tonic water to bitter mixers they are a great company celebrating nordic flavours and supporting the bees.
