Ingredients
- 25ml | 1oz Mermaid Gin*
- 10ml | 0.3oz Elderflower Cordial
- Top up with Two Keys Green Tea Mixer*
- And a splash of Tonic Water

Lime wheel, cucumber ribbon and mint sprig
Method
Press the cucumber ribbon around the inside of your glass from the bottom to the top and fill with ice. Then pour in the Mermaid gin and elderflower cordial. Top up with the Green Tea Mixer, leaving enough room for a splash of tonic water and finish the garnish with the mint and lime wheel! Enjoy, Healthy Hedonists!
