(or your favourite non-alcoholic botanical spirit to make this ULTRA low in alcohol!)
- Top up with Agua de Madre Kefir Water* 1.2% ABV Lemon & Ginger

Method
Fill your glass to the top with cubed ice and pour in the gin. Top up with the water kefir, give it a gentle stir and garnish!

Mermaid Gin* is smooth and complex with a contemporary style. It is fresh and citrusy on the nose, with sweet spice and gentle juniper. It has a peppery spice taste and an earthy sweetness with a hint of sea air from the locally foraged samphire. The finish is long, layered and complex!
Agua de Madre Kefir Water* is packed with 55 billion live cultures, is certified organic by the Soil Association, vegan, naturally fermented, sparkling and low in sugar it is also award winning, having secured the Imbibe No-Low fermented drinks award. The Remedio Naturale is a delicious sustainable bi product made from the fermentation process of the water kefir. With only 1.2% ABV, it’s light & refreshing.
