(non-alcoholic sweet vermouth)
- 10ml | 0.3oz NONSUCH Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub

Method
Simply build your Negroni Rosa directly into your glass over ice, (we recommend using large cubes as it minimises the dilution!) Give your cocktail a gentle stir & garnish with a wedge of grapefruit!

Notes & Favourite Flavours
CleanCo Clean G Rhubarb* is CleanCo’s hangover-free answer to pink gin! Enjoy notes of fruity rhubarb, juniper, and citrus with a subtle hint of coriander, mint and cinnamon. Delicious.
MARTINI Vibrante* has all the signature quality flavours you would expect from Martini but with the alcohol from the wine slowly removed, preserving the authentic characteristics and infusing their superior botanicals, including Artemisia and Bergamot. This is a deliciously complex and citrusy Aperitivo that pairs excellently with small plates and light salty snacks.
Lyre’s Apéritif Rosso* is a rich mouthful of flavours with blood orange and vanilla taking the lead, reminiscent of an aromatic vermouth.
NONSUCH Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub has a seductive aroma of rose that gently dominates the nose with hints of red berry in the background. A distinctive sharp fruit note at the front of the palate is followed by a rich, velvety mouthfeel and perfect acid balance. The finish is luxuriously long.
