Recipe

Ingredients
- 25ml | 1oz Belvedere Lemon & Basil Vodka* Organic Infusions
- A teaspoon Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar & Honey 
- 50ml | 2oz cloudy apple juice  
- 50ml | 2oz Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic refreshingly light

Technique
Build

Glass
Wine glass

Garnish
Basil & a slice of fresh or dehydrated apple

Method
Fill your wine glass with ice and pour in the measured Vodka. Add the apple cider vinegar and cloudy apple juice, then the lemon tonic. Give it a gentle stir as not to disturb the bubbles. Garnish with you basil and a thin slice of apple, et viola!

Notes & Favourite Flavours

Belvedere Lemon & Basil Vodka* On the nose you can really sense citrusy lemon zest, enriched with notes of leafy basil & fresh elderflower. To taste, it has an incredibly succulent texture with notes of lemon tart, the herbaceous basil, floral elderflower and some juicy Muscat grapes. The finish is sustained an elegant. The fresh lemon zest & peppery basil leaf comes through first, before a final hint of the elderflower.

Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar & Honey*  is made from Willy’s 300-year-old untouched apple orchards, which is the humble home to 48 varieties of apples. With the added benefit of honey, bringing a natural sweetness! This raw and unpasteurised apple cider vinegar is naturally fermented with ‘LIVE MOTHER’ and contains many strains of probiotic bacteria including acetobacter and lactobacillus. It has an apple-y tart and very dry taste, that really enhances the flavour of a variety of cocktails and culinary delights.

Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic* use beautifully rugged & irregular lemons from mature groves on the ancient island of Sicily. The Mediterranean climate produces richly fragrant lemons that produce a lusciously sweet juice, alongside the recognisably sharp, tart taste. It is sweetened with natural fruit sugar and there’s a sharpness to the Sicilian lemons & a gentle bitterness of the quinine.
