RAISE YOUR GLASS AND SAY SANTÉ!

Home-made Ingredient

Honey Water:
Honey water is a great way to balance your cocktail without adding anything nasty or making it too sweet.

  1. Pick a good quality of honey ideally something from your local famers. Did you know that eating honey that has been made in your area can help with allergies like hay fever as the bees have pollinated flowers you are in contact with?

  2. Equal parts honey and hot water.

  3. Stir until you melt the honey.

  4. Keep the honey water in the fridge (it will last a week or more.)

Notes & Favourite Flavours

Apple Cider Vinegar - Make sure you use a good quality apple cider vinegar and one with “the mother” as it contains the probiotic bacteria that help to rebuild a healthy gut environment (alongside a balanced diet of course!) ACV is a great way to flush metabolism and some studies have shown it might help with blood pressure and weight loss but most importantly it gives a beautiful complexity to our mindful cocktails and that’s why we love it.

Liquid Vitamin D - Especially in the current situation- being isolated at home due to the COVID-19 virus- we are lacking in light and sunshine. Taking liquid vitamin D is essential as it plays an important role in balancing our mood and supporting our immune system

Fresh Lemon juice - Always use fresh citrus as they are an excellent source of antioxidant vitamin C

Why a splash of soda and tonic? Tonic Water has some beautiful flavours, especially London Essence Company’s all natural and lower in sugar product. To further reduce the sugar content while keeping those delicious flavours our trick is to do half and half tonic water and soda water. Yes, you can also do this with your G&T!
