Ingredients
- 40ml | 1.3oz Seedlip Spice 94*
- 20ml | 0.6oz Æcorn Aromatic*
- 60ml | 2oz Jarr raspberry kombucha
- 60ml | 2oz London Essence Co. Rhubarb & Cardamom soda

Garnish
A raspberry & lemon wheel
Method
Build ingredients in wine glass, fill to the top with ice & stir gently. Garnish et voila!
Raise your glass and say santé!
Notes & Favourite Flavours
Seedlip was the world’s first non-alcoholic spirit & is an amazing ingredient for non-alcoholic cocktails. Spice 94* is a complex blend of aromatic Jamaican Allspice berry & Cardamom distillates, with two barks & a bright citrus finish.
Æcorn are a range of non-alcoholic aperitifs. The aromatic* expression is rich with smoked flavours of cherrywood, vanilla, kola nut & chinotto.
Jarr is a delicious raw fermented tea: low in sugar it contains beneficials acids, enzymes and antioxidants which can help and support digestion and the immune system.
