Recipe

Ingredients
- 25ml | 1oz Monkey Shoulder*
- 25ml | 1oz pineapple juice
- 15ml | 0.5oz GIMBER*
- 15ml | 0.5oz lime juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Top up with MOMO Turmeric Kombucha* (or your favourite Kombucha)

Method
Add your Monkey Shoulder, pineapple juice, GIMBER, lime juice and maple syrup into your shaker and add ice. Give all the ingredients a good shake and strain into your highball glass over ice. Top with MOMO Turmeric Kombucha and garnish with a pineapple leaf.

Monkey Shoulder* has rich, vibrant and fruity aromas with delightful mellow vanilla notes. This single malt whisky is perfect for mixing in a Mindful Cocktail.

GIMBER* is packed with the best concentrated organic ginger, lemon, herbs and spices to make your tastebuds tango.

MOMO Turmeric Kombucha* is a fermented, lightly effervescent tea drink. It has a refreshing, tart but slightly sweet taste, and due to the fact this one contains turmeric it is said to contain powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. However if you can’t get you hands on this one, you can just use your favourite kombucha, made correctly they’re all rich in probiotics and antioxidants, which we Healthy Hedonists love!
